I am an entrepreneur and seasoned pharmaceutical executive, having served as CEO and CMO of multiple biotechnology companies. My work spans a broad range of therapeutic areas, including allergy, immunology, rheumatology, oncology/immuno-oncology, pulmonary diseases, metabolism, CNS, dermatology, and vaccines. I have successfully led the filing of 15 INDs and 5 NDA/BLA submissions.
I have a strong interest in the application of artificial intelligence in medical practice, particularly in radiology, as well as in advancing innovative drug development strategies.
In addition to my industry experience, I am an active contributor to investment platforms such as TalkMarkets and Seeking Alpha, and the author of Germs of War. I regularly speak at medical and business conferences and have served as a medical advisor to ABC News on bioterrorism.
My expertise includes strategic assessment of biotechnology companies, due diligence and in-licensing evaluations, and end-to-end clinical development—from preclinical pharmacology and toxicology through Phase I–IV trials. I have extensive experience in clinical protocol design, regulatory strategy (IND/NDA/BLA), medical monitoring, and preparation of ISS/ISE, as well as supporting publications and commercialization efforts.
