Jay Roberts

Jay Roberts has been a senior strategic executive in the healthcare industry for over 30 years. He is a partner with Ventac Partners, a global catalyst in life sciences creating breakthrough companies bringing remarkable scientific innovation to patients worldwide. He also serves as a Venture Partner for DigiLife Fund II, leading fundraising, due diligence and investment decisions along with members of the DigiLife team and syndicate investment funds. He currently serves as a member of the Board of Trustees and is Treasurer of U.S. Pharmacopeia, Chairman of the Board for Cingulate (Nasdaq:CING); and a member of the Board of Directors and Audit Committee Chair for Caidya Research (Global CRO); and investor and a member of the Board of Directors for Veriskin, Inc. (Clinical Stage Cancer Detection Medical Device); NaviPoint Health, Inc. (Commercial Stage Microbiome Test); Vyant Bio, Inc. (Drug Discovery/Biotechnology); and is a member of the Fellows of DIA.
