I have expertise in facilitating and executing cross-border strategic partnership and licensing deals. Formerly a partner at a top-tier global law firm focusing on life sciences transactions, I have extensive deal experiences, having advised both leading multinational pharma companies and Chinese biotech companies in licensing deals, M&A and joint ventures.  I’m adept at helping companies navigate the unique challenges in these cross-border deals, and at bridging cultural and negotiation-style differences between Chinese and Western counterparties.  I’ve now pivoted to providing business consulting services to life sciences companies, leveraging my deep expertise as well as extensive industry network in both U.S. and China.
